We have developed a new patented way to design, fabricate and construct multiple story projects. This innovation was developed after many years of experience designing load bearing steel stud, structural steel and concrete projects as well as understanding the strengths and weakness of these respective systems.
SCB Structures considered all aspects of design: shop drawings time, erection, delivery requirements, field issues, fire rating and the MEP trades during its development. We have achieved a UL Rating (W434) of our columns and patented connectors with a 1-1/2 or 2 hour protection. We have worked with Industry leaders, including, USG, Consolidated Systems MetalDek Group, and RSL Contractors to create our system. Therefore, it gives the Design Team a very user friendly system to use, yet it is cost competitive.
